Locomotive headlight

SLS/18 LED locomotive headlight is designed for track and, where applicable, contact wire illumination in front of the locomotive or diesel/electric train.

The headlight consists of a case and a bracket on which it is installed. The case consists of display modules, radiators, power supply and mounting brackets.

The display modules with LEDs and focusing lenses installed on them are attached to aluminum radiator plates, the back of which has fins. At the front, the lenses are covered by a mask with polycarbonate glass for protection during installation and operation. Behind the radiator, the power source of the headlight is attached to the brackets, covered by a protective cover. On the side of the casing, in the holes, there are removable connectors for connecting to the electrical circuit of the locomotive and for powering the floodlight LEDs

The headlight housing is mounted on a swivel bracket for attachment to the locomotive body. There are bolts on the bracket for setting the position of the headlight in the longitudinal and transverse planes, thanks to which you can set the direction of the light.
