Integrated Radio Communication and Video Surveillance System - SRV-1

System purpose
The SRV-1 system is designed for:
- Service communication between control cabins
- Emergency communication between passengers and the driver
- Passenger announcements in the train carriages
- Providing passengers with visual information of operational, commercial, and service nature
- Automatic temperature regulation in train carriages during winter
- Video surveillance of train carriages, platforms, railway tracks, and contact network to record emergencies and avoid potential security incidents
- Illumination of boarding/alighting zones at stops
- Detection of cigarette smoke in train vestibules and warning against smoking
- Detection of faults in carriages and transmission of fault data to the main control panel
Structure
The system consists of separate blocks with different functional purposes
The SRV-1 is tailored individually for each specific train according to the customer's requirements. The maximum number of train cars is 10
The components of the system are installed in each of the train cars according to the specific features of different types of cars (main, motor, trailer)
01.
On-board computer KB-2
The on-board computer KB-2 is the main unit that controls the operation of the entire SRV-1 system. It performs the following functions:
- Operation along the selected route in automatic or manual mode
- Management of voice and text messages on loudspeakers, LED displays, and cabin screens
- Control of media content and its display on cabin screens
- Automatic temperature control in the train cars during winter
- Diagnostics of the SRV-1 system
02.
Communication controller KZ-5
The communication controller KZ-5 converts the microphone's audio signal into a digital code
For receiving audio messages in the cabin, there is a port for connecting an external 5 W loudspeaker. The frequency response range is from 20 to 22,050 Hz
It is installed in service rooms or in the electrical cabinets of the vestibules
03.
Driver’s intercom device PPM-1
The driver’s intercom device facilitates communication between the driver’s cab and the passenger compartment. The PPM-1 allows communication for operational purposes and general announcements
The device is equipped with a microphone on a coiled cord. It features two buttons for mode control: “Communication” and “Announcement”. When a passenger calls from the compartment using the “cab-compartment” scheme, the device’s indicator displays the number of the carriage from which the call originated
It is installed on the driver’s control panel

Driver’s intercom device PPM-2
05.
Passenger communication device PZP-2
The passenger communication device PZP-2 is designed for emergency individual communication between the passenger and the driver using the "cabin-to-cabin" scheme
For receiving a personal response without broadcasting conversations through the cabin loudspeaker, the device features a built-in speaker. To manage the device, a call button and an occupancy indicator are provided
The PZP-2 is installed in an accessible location within the train car for the passenger
06.
Digital amplifier PC-30W
The digital amplifier PC-30W converts the digital stream received via the "Ethernet" channel into an audio signal, amplifying it to the desired volume and broadcasting it to the speakers installed in the train's saloon and compartments
The frequency response ranges from 20 to 22,050 Hz
The amplifier is installed in the train's electrical cabinets
07.
Route indicator VM-1
08.
Temperature controller RT-2
The temperature regulator RT-2 measures both external and internal temperatures to control the operation of heaters in train compartments
Temperature in the compartments is measured using temperature sensors DT-02C (Image)
In winter, depending on the temperature in the compartment, the unit ensures the automatic activation/deactivation of compartment heaters via an external control relay, or manually via commands from the onboard computer KB-2
Installed in the electrical cabinets of the compartments
09.
Navigation unit BN-1
The navigation unit provides the determination of current geographic coordinates through communication with satellites of the Global Positioning System (GPS). These coordinates are used for automatically informing passengers during the journey: date, time, destination station, and speed
The navigation unit is installed in the electrical cabinet of the leading carriage. The BN-1 antenna is installed on the roof of the leading carriage
10.
Information display DS-1
The cabin displays provide information for passengers, including stop names, stations, time, date, speed, temperature, service, and advertising information. They are used instead of the TS-1 cabin displays
Information is displayed as a scrolling text or in frame-changing mode with a set frequency. The information display scenario on the cabin displays is set by the special software of the onboard computer KB-2
The displays are installed in the passenger compartments of the cars
11.
Scrolling display TS-1
The TS-1 passenger information boards are designed to provide passengers with information about the current and next stops, time, speed, and external temperature while the train is in motion
They are used instead of the DS-1 passenger displays
They are installed in the passenger compartments of the carriages
12.
Video surveillance
The video surveillance cameras are installed in the
train's compartments, cabins, and outside (rear view, railway track, and current collectors)
according to the client's requirements. The video footage captured by each camera is transmitted
to the video surveillance computer KB-3V, located in the driver's cabin
The video
surveillance computer has its own software, allowing for simultaneous, partial, or individual
viewing of camera feeds. Depending on client requirements, a video recording server can also be
installed
"SPE UKRTRANSMASH" represents IP equipment of the ZetPro brand. The owner company of TM ZetPro is a technological partner of global manufacturers Dahua and UNV
The ZetPro product line covers all segments of professional devices, best in their class, with significant advantages over other manufacturers in software. Specifically, all ZetPro video surveillance systems can be integrated with the CaMap "Safe City" software and hardware complex
The CaMap software and hardware complex allows for:
- Face recognition. Identification of gender or emotions. Enables prompt search for missing or dangerous individuals. Alerts for aggressive emotions. Quick photo search in the database
- Attribute-based recognition. Identification based on the presence of: bags/backpacks, headgear, sleeve lengths, pants, skirts, hair. Detection of outerwear and its color
- Detection of abandoned or moved items. Alerts for possible terrorist acts. Monitoring unauthorized trash disposal and more. Search for lost items
- People counting, crossing virtual lines, smoke detection, and alerts for unauthorized access to specific areas
