Buffer light
bicolor — LWR-3

Description

The LWR-3 buffer light, a two-color, dual-channel device, is designed for signal lighting of locomotives, multiple units, and special railway rolling stock

The LWR-3 lamp has a cylindrical steel body. The body is painted with gray powder paint. An indication module with white and red light-emitting diodes is inserted into the housing. A power converter is installed behind the display module

On the rear wall of the lantern, there is a screw terminal block for connection to the electrical circuit of the locomotive, as well as a screw for grounding the structure

On the front side, on the flange part, a polycarbonate protective glass is installed, hermetically glued to the case. From above, the glass is covered with a steel washer, which is fixed with three screws. These screws are also used to attach the lantern to the locomotive body

A rubber gasket should be placed under the surface that is pressed against the body
